Cranberry, Rosemary, Thyme, and Orange Zest Sourdough
Formula:
100g starter
315g water
430g bread flour
20g pumpernickel flour
9g salt
1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tsp crushed dried thyme
1/2 - 2/3 c dried cranberries
