Olive Tapenade (great for muffalettas)

Ingredients

1 c green olives with pimento
1 c pitted kalamata olives
2 tbsp finely diced shallot
1/2 c olive oil
2 tbsp finely chopped celery
2 tsp minced garlic
Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
Finely chop the olives with a knife or in a food processor. Mix all ingredients together.
