Arugula Pesto

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves
4 cups arugula
1/2 cup spinach
1/3 cup pistacios
1/3 cup shredded asiago
S&P
splash of lime juice


Instructions
Chop garlic in food processor. Add the nuts and chop, then add the cheese and greens and pulse until a pesto develops. Season according to taste
