Rouille Mayonnaise

Ingredients

1 red bell pepper, seeded and deveined
1/3 portion of mild green hatch chili
2 cloves garlic
1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

Roast bell pepper and green chili (over flame or under broiler) until blackened. Remove skins. Puree with two cloves of garlic. Mix with one scant cup of mayonnaise.
